THRILLED OR FREE REFUND POLICY
What is the ‘Thrilled or Free’ refund policy?
We proudly stand behind our products and quality controls and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a MediNatura product that you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you can return the proof of purchase (indicating the price you paid and where you purchased the product) to us for a full refund within 45 days from the date of purchase. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Thrilled or Free refund policy is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. It is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How do I get my full purchase price refunded?
Simply send us your (1) full name, (2) return address to which we’ll send your refund, (3) preferred contact information (phone number or email), (4) the identification of the product that you purchased, (5) reason for dissatisfaction, (6) and the proof of purchase (indicating the price you paid and where you purchased the product), to:

When buying on an online marketplace (like Amazon or Walmart), please ensure your proof of purchase shows the name of the seller from whom you purchased.
Our mail-in rebate process is made up of two parts – the first part is to verify the submissions that are received as valid or invalid, which is usually done within 7 – 10 days of receipt. All valid submissions are then batched for processing and entered into our rebate system within 7 – 10 days. Invalid submissions are returned to the consumer noting what requirement was missing, and the consumers are given 30 days to re-submit with the missing information. The whole process takes about 6 – 8 weeks from the date the submission is received to the date the check is mailed.
Refunds are limited to only 1 (one) refund request on any 1 (one) size package of an over-the-counter MediNatura product per household. Refund check will be sent by mail. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused our Thrilled or Free Refund Policy. We may amend or terminate our Thrilled or Free Refund Policy at any time without notice.
